Finnland - Neues von Lordi, auf wacken.com: Liebe Metalheads, leider
mussten Lordi ihr Zusage zum W:O:A 2007 zurückziehen, da sie ein sehr
lukratives Angebot vom Ozzfest in USA bekamen und dort von Ende Juni bis Mitte
August touren können. Die Band hat noch versucht - nur für W:O:A einzufliegen -
jedoch ist dieses logistisch leider nicht möglich.
Jedoch haben wir
schon einen TOP-Ersatz aus dem Nachbarland gefunden und werden diesen am
16.5.07 veröffentlichen. Hier nochmal die offizielle Stellungnahme vom Management: "It is with deep and genuine regret that
LORDI are forced to cancel their scheduled appearance at this year's Wacken
Open Air. The band has been offered a headline, main stage slot at this year's
Ozzfest, and so are unable to leave that tour in order to perform at Wacken.
The band wish to sincerely apologise to the booker, the organizers, and
especially their fans for this situation, but their hands are tied. LORDI look
